Santa Pasta

The best stuffed pasta I've ever eaten, simply spectacular. It left me speechless. The sauce was incredible, full of flavor and perfectly balanced. It's a tiny bar but incredibly charming, cozy, and with a very authentic atmosphere. It's run by two wonderful Italians, young, friendly, and with an energy and passion that shines through in every dish. They made me feel at home from the first moment. Everything is homemade, with care and love, and it shows. They haven't been here long, but they're already generating a lot of buzz. To top off this special culinary experience, they offered me a homemade apple tart, which was the perfect finishing touch: the combination of sweet apple and fluffy sponge cake is indescribable. Without a doubt, a place I'll return to again and again.
